Breaking the Informality Trap: Using Official Statistics to Drive Policy Reforms
for Decent, Productive and Inclusive Employment
The Joint International Conference: Indonesia Forum on Labour and Productivity (IFLP) & International Conference on Data Science and Official Statistics (ICDSOS) 2026 is an international academic and policy forum that will be held on 8–9 December 2026. The conference is held by Statistics Indonesia (BPS) in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker), and organized by STIS Polytechnic of Statistics and The Centre for Manpower Policy Development. The event will bring together researchers, policymakers, academics, statisticians, and practitioners to discuss labour, productivity, data science, and official statistics issues. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and research presentations, the conference aims to foster knowledge exchange, strengthen evidence-based policymaking, and promote international collaboration.

Everyone working in the field of Statistics, Data Scientists, and Official Statistics, or related sectors are welcome to join us for Joint International Conference 2026.
All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the respective conference, each with an ISSN. Papers submitted under Subthemes 1–5 will be published in the IFLP Proceeding, while papers under Subthemes 6–9 will be published in the ICDSOS Proceedings.
Selected papers will be invited for publication in J-NAKER (Jurnal Ketenagakerjaan, Sinta 2 Indexed) or JASKS (Jurnal Aplikasi Statistika dan Komputasi Statistik, Sinta 2 Indexed), subject to the respective journal's review and publication requirements.
